El Estado Colombiano es la forma de organización económica (bienes y recursos), política, social, cultural, religiosa  que tenemos los colombianos para vivir en sociedad dentro del territorio.

¿Qué son las formas políticas?

Son las diferentes maneras en que una sociedad organiza el poder para gobernar un territorio y a sus habitantes.

Cada época ha tenido una forma distinta de organizar el gobierno.

PODER, AUTORIDAD Y GOBIERNO 

Ahora que conocemos las formas de gobierno, debemos entender quién ejerce el poder.

¿Qué es el poder?

Es la capacidad para tomar decisiones e influir sobre otras personas.

Ejemplos:

• Presidente
• Rector
• Padres

¿Qué es la autoridad?

Es el derecho legítimo de dirigir porque la sociedad reconoce ese cargo.

La autoridad debe ejercerse con respeto y responsabilidad.

Ejemplos:

• Docentes
• Policía
• Jueces

¿Qué es el gobierno?

Es el conjunto de personas e instituciones encargadas de administrar un país.

Sus funciones son:

• Crear políticas.
• Hacer cumplir las leyes.
• Administrar los recursos.
• Garantizar los derechos.

Rama Ejecutiva

Administra el país.

Relación entre los temas

Las formas políticas indican cómo se organiza un país.

Dentro de esa organización aparecen:

• el poder (capacidad de decidir),
• la autoridad (derecho legítimo para dirigir),
• y el gobierno (instituciones que administran el Estado).

Por ejemplo:

En una monarquía, el poder suele concentrarse en el rey.

En una democracia, el poder proviene del pueblo mediante el voto.
